Is importing without IEC legal?
Personal import on eligible categories with KYC and proper customs filing is a standard path. Smuggling or misdeclaration is not — we only run legal EDI-clearable shipments.
Can I resell personal imports?
Personal declarations are not the right structure for inventory resale. GST + IEC is the clean commercial path for business stock.
