Cargozant Logistics provides digital software licenses (our Chrome Extension Pro pass and landed cost tools) and physical cross-border freight forwarding (consolidation, customs brokerage, and door-to-door delivery from China to India and the United States).

This policy explains delivery timelines, fulfillment mechanisms, shipping costs, and tracking procedures for both digital licenses and physical cargo shipments.

2. Digital Services & Software Delivery

For purchases of the Cargozant Chrome Extension Pro Pass (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime tiers):

• Delivery Method: Purely electronic/digital delivery. No physical parcel is shipped.
• Delivery Timeline: Instantaneous (0 to 5 minutes) upon successful Razorpay payment verification.
• Fulfillment Channels:
  1. On-Screen Instant Display: Immediately after checkout on cargozant.com/checkout.html, your cryptographically signed Pro License Key (e.g. CZPRO-MONTHLY-...) appears with a 1-click copy button.
  2. Email Dispatch: A formal payment receipt and license activation token are simultaneously dispatched to the email address entered during checkout.
• Shipping Charges: ₹0 (Zero Shipping Fee) for all digital software products.
• Activation: Paste the issued key into the Cargozant overlay on 1688 or Alibaba and click “Unlock” for immediate, unrestricted access.

3. Physical Cargo & Door-to-Door Freight Shipping

For physical cargo consignments transported via our China-to-India and China-to-USA logistics lanes:

3.1 Customs Clearance Timelines

Commercial shipments are processed through Indian Customs Electronic Data Interchange (ICEGATE EDI). Standard customs clearance takes 24 to 48 hours from flight or vessel discharge, provided that all commercial invoices, packing lists, and regulatory certifications (such as BIS, WPC, or Legal Metrology where required) are compliant.

3.2 Domestic Last-Mile Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable postal pin codes across India, utilizing specialized ground and air fleets (including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities). Shipments to the United States are delivered to mainland addresses via bonded freight truck or domestic couriers (UPS/FedEx).

3.3 Real-Time Shipment Tracking

Every physical cargo consignment is assigned a unique Air Waybill (AWB) or Container Tracking Reference. Importers can track shipment milestones in real time at cargozant.com/track.html. Automated milestone updates are also transmitted via WhatsApp and Email at key transition points:

• Consolidation Hub Inward: Cargo received and verified at Shenzhen/Guangzhou facility.
• Airport/Port Manifested: Cargo screened and loaded on outbound international carrier.
• Customs Cleared: Bill of Entry out-of-charge granted by Indian/US Customs authorities.
• Out for Doorstep Delivery: Handed over to local delivery hub for final address dispatch.

4. Cargo Inspection, Packaging & Transit Insurance

• Intake Verification: Upon receipt of goods at our China warehouse, cartons are weighed and measured on calibrated digital scales. Outer carton photos are taken to verify integrity before international flight dispatch.
• Packaging Standards: Goods prone to handling damage must be crated, palletized, or reinforced with corner protectors and waterproof stretch wrap.
• Transit Insurance: All commercial shipments are covered by transit insurance protocols against total loss or catastrophic event during international air/ocean transit, subject to standard international freight conventions (Warsaw/Montreal Conventions).
• Reporting Discrepancies: Any outer carton damage or physical discrepancy must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to support@cargozant.com within 48 hours of physical delivery.
